Found in starch and fiber
Made up of 100s-1000s of sugar molecules. Making it Harder to digest. Making you Stay full for longer
Generally found in foods that are high in fiber + nutrients.
Stimulates your metabolism
As you can see, complex carbs are much better for you. So instead of a “low-carb diet,” try eating less simple carbs!
